Spin Bike Time is an aerobic exercise with a specially designed stationary bike called a “spinning” bike.
As you turn the pedal, a motivating music plays and coach will speak to you so that you can visualize what you are riding on the bike: “Now you are on a high hill and you can't see the peak yet”…
"Spinning" is a great aerobic exercise that burns serious calories (up to 450 calories in 45 minutes) and allows your heart to pump blood fast.
In this exciting and entertaining activity, the participants will both have fun and burn plenty of calories.
