• Tobacco selection and anatomy: Participants first learn about the three fundamental classes of tobacco leaves: the filler, binder, and wrapper. Our master instructors provide hands-on demonstrations on how to correctly utilise the aromas and tobacco veins.
• Blending and shaping: The chosen filler tobaccos are brought together using a special technique (accordion or book folding) to ensure proper air flow, tightly rolled with the binder leaf, and placed into wooden press moulds.
• The mastery stage (Wrapping): The smoothest and most aesthetic outer wrapper leaf is flawlessly wrapped around the main body using special plant-based resins. This stage is the peak of hand precision and focus.
• Cutting and sealing: In the final stage, special guillotines are used to shape the head of the cigar and adjust its length, revealing that unique product completely handcrafted by the participant.
