What is the Robot Barista & How Does It Work?

Thanks to the user-friendly tablet interface, your guests can create their own orders in seconds. The process proceeds step-by-step as follows:

• Order & Personalization: The participant selects their desired coffee (Latte, Espresso, Americano, etc.) via the XBARISTA tablet screen. They choose their milk preference and, most importantly, enter their name. This allows the robot to prepare the coffee specifically for that person.
• Robotic Preparation Show: The moment the order is confirmed, the robotic arms begin a synchronized dance under blue neon lights. Technical Details

• Area Dimensions: Although the system fits into a very compact space, we recommend an area of 3x3 meters or 4x4 meters to ensure the robot's range of motion is easily viewable and to manage the visitor queue effectively.
• Electricity & Water: A standard 220V mains supply (preferably 3-5 kW power) is sufficient to power the professional coffee machine and robotic arms. If there is no clean water line in the area, the system can operate independently with its own internal water and waste tanks.
• Capacity: Our robot never gets tired. As long as raw materials are replenished, it can provide 24/7 uninterrupted coffee service.
• Setup Time: Calibration of the system and getting it ready for testing takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. Installation is completed on the morning of the event or the night before.
