Digital Snowboard is a cutting-edge technological experience that brings the unique adrenaline and sense of freedom of winter sports to your event space, regardless of the season or geography. There is no longer a need to wait for a winter vacation or travel hundreds of miles to glide down snowy peaks. This activity, where state-of-the-art Virtual Reality (VR) systems are integrated with a specially designed physical snowboard platform, transports participants from an office environment or an exhibition hall to the steep slopes of the Alps in seconds. Combining both sport and digital entertainment, this simulation thrills not only the person experiencing it but also the crowd watching the process on a large external screen.

Peak Excitement: How Does the System Work?

This experience is much more than an ordinary video game; it is an interactive simulation where the participant uses their entire body. The user joins the game by maintaining balance on a realistic snowboard board. The process proceeds through the following steps:

• Introduction and hardware: The participant stands on the snowboard platform. For safety, they can hold onto the support bars located on the sides. High-resolution VR goggles are placed on the participant by our operator, opening the doors to a 360-degree snowy universe.
• Body control: No controllers or buttons are used once the game starts. The participant steers by leaning their body left or right, just like in real snowboarding. Accelerating, taking corners, and avoiding obstacles depend entirely on the player's physical reflexes.
• Competition and scoring: The goal is not just to finish the track but to achieve the highest score. During a set period, the participant collects flags on the track and earns points by performing acrobatic moves.
• Leaderboard: At the end of the game, the player's score is displayed on the screen. By awarding surprise gifts to the top 5 scores of the day, competition and participation at the event are kept constantly alive.

Technical Requirements and Setup

Thanks to its compact structure, the Digital Snowboard setup easily adapts to both indoor and outdoor events. Our professional team arrives before the event to get the system ready in a "plug-and-play" fashion. Technical details for an ideal experience are as follows:

• Space requirement: An area of 3x3 meters (9 m²) is ideal for the participant to move comfortably, for viewers to see the screen, and for the placement of safety bars. The setup can be optimized for more limited spaces.
• Equipment: Hardware provided by us includes a special Snowboard stand, a high-performance VR computer (PC), a VR headset, and a large screen TV for spectators.
• Setup time: Setting up the entire system, performing calibration, and testing takes approximately 1 hour.
• Power supply: The system works seamlessly with a standard 220V power outlet. Generator support is sufficient for outdoor events.
